RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be responsible for implementing dynamometer, fatigue, ultimate for gears/bearing/shaft/housing, and a variety of bench testing which include but not limited to the following tasks:
a. Leading/designing proper test method and test fixture as company test specification
b. Test equipment specification, technical communication with vendors.
c. Perform pre and post-test inspections.
d. Perform test history record as office excel.
e. Write reports, include post-test and statistical analysis of results.
2. Guidance to technicians for test setup and operation.
3. Lead lab technicians in sample build-up and tear-down / inspection.
4. Support in programming of test procedure and updating
5. Perform preventive maintenance schedule to make sure test rig is kept in good condition.
6. Be familiar with CNAS/CL01: 2006(ISO/IEC17025:2005), plus has IATF 16949 internal auditor certification

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor"s degree and above (bachelor included), majoring in mechanics &automation, mechanical &Electrical or Automotive;
2. More than 3 years" development experience in automotive industry test lab, familiar with test equipment, measurement technology.
3. Has test lab quality system experience CNAS/CL01: 2006(ISO/IEC17025:2005), plus has IATF 16949 internal auditor certification.
4. Experience with industry of heavy-duty driveline products or EV motor/gearbox are preferred.
5. Skilled in tooling design software.
6. Skilled in MTS or RE test system is preferred
7. Good self-controlling ability and strong accountability.
8. Fluent in English, listening, speaking ,reading, writing and interpreting;
9. Be able to work flexible hours when required.
